Service performed but the device wasn't cleaned, not even a wipe down scraps were missing from one of the casings and weren't replaced for the price of the service, and being a customer service representative myself, I find this unacceptable the organization urgently needs to be reviewed for better customer satisfaction After contacting customer service, I'm changing my rating my comments were taken into account an agreement was reached following my dissatisfaction
