Very disappointed. I just spoke with the secretary and asked her for a quote or price verbally. She told me she wasn't an engineer and that no engineer would contact me. Quotes are done exclusively online. I clearly stated that I don't have internet access, but she refused to elaborate. So, too bad for them, I'll go to a competitor. I honestly regret this, especially since several months ago I spoke to a gentleman on the phone one evening who was very, very friendly and explained everything to me, taking the time to do so. I'm giving them 2 stars. 🌟🌟
