I can't give zero stars, which is a shame. I contacted the company in the spring for a soil study on my land, using their contact form. No response. We followed up by email and phone in early summer 2024. The person we spoke to told us that online requests are rarely checked... She suggested we forward our request and any documents we had by email, which we did during the summer. Still no response in September. We contacted them again at the beginning of September and received confirmation today that they are not responding to our request for a quote! Avoid at all costs!

Outrageous! Three follow-up emails and three follow-up phone calls, and still no one handling our case. A month and a half wasted on processing our case for a G2 Pro. Avoid at all costs!

For a geotechnical study in the southeast, don't hesitate. Competent, reliable, friendly, and motivated team.
