Bureau d'études géotechniques : FONDASOL

No prior contact. Have to call three times to get an appointment. Insufficient investigations despite repeated requests for information necessary for the mission. (I should have mentioned this in writing.) And to top it all off, the teams acted in bad faith, claiming they had made the request. The intervention was completed three months late, with no added value and no compensation offered. It's disappointing...

How can I put it... if I could have given zero stars, I would have. The work was carried out on July 2, 2021... without any warning. If the previous landowner hadn't called me, I wouldn't even have known they'd come to do the survey. Furthermore, the people who came left the fencing lying on the sidewalk. So much for professionalism. A timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks was given. Okay. Today, 9 weeks later, we still haven't received anything. We call them almost daily, and the answer is always the same: "I'll look into it and call you back." Of course, no one ever calls back. Oh yes, one last thing: they came back a second time to redo the survey because they must have lost our file, and to top it all off, without any warning again and leaving the mess on the sidewalk once more! In short, a disgrace!

JUNE 2021: If you're not in a hurry, go ahead and use them... 3 months for a simple soil study, even after harassing them daily towards the end... Following this negative review, I was contacted by a lovely person who gave me their contact information and asked me to get back in touch before our G2 study. We've been trying to do this in vain for two weeks now, including contacting their head office. The same goes for emails I sent, which remain unanswered... I wonder if they even want to work, and I, who was ready to change this review to something positive, find myself writing an even worse one... Perhaps we'll finally get a call back?

It's a shame we can't give it zero.

Quote requested for a non-standard study required by the town hall to be included with the building permit application. Quotes received from other providers range from €1200 to €2000, and Fondasol is asking for €6780 excluding VAT!
