Appalling... The installation of piezometers has been "forgotten".... When you contact the branch manager, he's completely unresponsive. Despite numerous calls and messages, I haven't received any reply. Besides the fact that this is unprofessional, I won't even mention the poor customer service. This is the last time I will use this company.

Hello, We submitted a request for a soil study on February 10th via the Fondasol website, under the "mygéo" quote section. We were supposed to receive the study report between 4 and 5 weeks after our application was approved. The surveying company experienced a delay on a previous project, which postponed our study by two weeks. Currently, we still haven't received the soil analysis report, which is preventing us from finalizing the purchase agreement for our future plot of land and is causing delays to our entire project. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this soil study company. Best regards.

A terrible experience. It took two months to get the soil study report. No information whatsoever after the order was placed. When I called to find out the status, no one could give me any precise information. To top it all off, the soil study report isn't even in our last names. It's a complete mess. After contacting the engineer by email and phone, I received no response. Complete radio silence. I'm disgusted with this company.

A serious and competent company. They respect the deadlines announced.
