I hired FONSASOL Lille for a single-family home construction project. The experience was fraught with difficulties in terms of professionalism. They had to come back to take samples because the team they sent for the initial visit wasn't competent. As a result, the deadlines weren't met. A private individual doesn't carry the same weight as an institutional or other type of client; therefore, when I asked for a discount given the additional costs incurred, I was politely told it wasn't possible. I strongly advise against using this company for private individuals. They're quick to respond with a quote after you place your order, but they don't follow through.

Avoid at all costs! Everything takes an incredibly long time: quotes, work, deliverables—even for a local authority! The engineers in charge of our case are unreachable, and so is management, of course! This agency is completely unprofessional!
