Bureau d'études géotechniques : FONDASOL

- Ordered a G2 soil study from Mygeo, a Fondasol Group company, on April 16, 2025. - Survey conducted on June 26. It's now August 18 and still no report has been sent! The people we speak to keep promising progress, but still nothing! The engineers seem to be working at a snail's pace 🐌 or a sloth 🦥, making so little progress on their projects, especially since we don't want to build a palace or an apartment building! If we hadn't followed up, we wouldn't have had any information about the intervention date. In July, they suddenly told us they were missing data, as if we could have guessed that 🤷🏻‍♀️. Luckily, MCIS provided it to us quickly... In short, they're treating us like idiots, and we absolutely do not recommend Mygeo Fondasol. Because of their slowness, and given the worst the report says since the engineers aren't serious or professional enough to meet deadlines (but they're quick to collect the money!), our project is massively delayed! I'm not usually one to be unreasonable; I'm generally lenient and understanding, but this is clearly a joke!

Disappointed with this experience, the machine broke down, there was a lack of responsiveness, our project was delayed by a month, and we received no compensation.
