Bureau d'études géotechniques : FONDASOL

We ordered a soil study from MyGeo (by Fondasol) for the construction of a detached house. The quote (if you can call it that) contained no concrete information other than the fact that it was a soil study and its price. We paid the full amount (€1080) on September 12, 2019. The initially announced 5-week timeframe suddenly jumped to 8 weeks (minimum...) when we had to contact the company, which remained silent throughout September. This significantly delayed our building permit application, so we cancelled the order (cancellation accepted) by phone on October 8, 2019. To date (October 29, 2019), we have still not received a refund. This is simply outrageous and demonstrates a blatant lack of professionalism.

Four weeks were allotted for a soil study, and after eight weeks, still nothing. Avoid this company!
