I strongly advise against using them! It started off well enough: I received a call informing me that the soil study was beginning... then nothing for four months. Not a single email or call to update me on the progress of my case. I had to call several times and send emails to find out where things stood, as I was bound by deadlines on my end. Either they gave me false dates, or, coincidentally, the person in charge of my case was in a meeting. And of course, no response to my emails. Then one day, I received an automated email telling me I had to pay the second installment to get the report. Not even a call, despite the promises of "we'll get back to you"...! Their customer service is nonexistent! If you can, steer clear.

Extremely disappointed with the handling of my order. I had to wait over three weeks for an appointment despite several follow-ups, only to have the date pushed back another month even though the order was paid for in advance. As a result, it takes two months to get an appointment, and even then, only if I persist, the wait is even longer.

It's a shame there aren't 6 stars, you did well to send your daughter to IUT1.

Very responsive to orders, but the execution time is a bit long.

Ma conclusion serait un manque d'accompagnement et de sérieux lors de sujets moins conventionnels.
