Bureau d'études géotechniques : ECR ENVIRONNEMENT

[Same review given for ECR Environnement, head office in Larmor-Plage] I ordered a soil study for a detached house from ECR Environnement because they offered a shorter turnaround time (5 weeks) than the other companies I had consulted, despite being more expensive. I needed the soil study quickly, as I clearly stated when placing the order, at which time I paid a 50% deposit. After more than 8 weeks without any updates despite my attempts to contact them (the sales representative was impossible to reach), I received the invoice without any explanation for the delay, stating that to receive the report I must first pay the invoice, as indicated in the general terms and conditions of sale. The terms and conditions also state that the turnaround time is provided for informational purposes only and cannot be the subject of any claim in case of delay. I had no other option but to pay without complaint for this deplorable service. I advise anyone interested in their services not to make the same mistake I did: read their terms and conditions and run away!!!

We have been collaborating for 16 years and the relationship is still just as good!
