First contact mid-November 2020, a month passed without a response. I persisted, and they asked for photos and a site plan. I followed up a month later, still no response, and they asked for more photos. Remaining without any further contact, I inquired several times, and finally, I was told that my application could not be processed... Two and a half months to get to this point, unbelievable!

A very reputable company that responded promptly to our request. We called for a soil study for our construction project. We were given excellent information (to our surprise, a soil study had to be carried out by the seller). As a result, we had two studies done (one for the seller and one for our project), which allowed us to renegotiate the price of the land and sign our preliminary sales agreement on time (which was very tight, I must admit). Thank you to everyone (from the secretary to the engineers who took the time to explain the conclusions of the various reports).

The team was conscientious and the customer relations were very satisfactory in my opinion. Deadlines were met, and when I didn't understand certain aspects of the soil study, they took the time to explain them to me. Thank you very much!

Three weeks late for the delivery of a pile study. And when you ask about the status of the report, they give you the runaround. A serious lack of professionalism; I strongly advise against using them!

Avoid at all costs: lost file, 3-week delay, no one ever calls you back, various and sundry contacts, errors in surveys, errors in dates, incomplete study therefore useless... Incompetence at every level except when it comes to sending their invoice!
