The administrative team was very responsive, providing a quote within 24 hours. We coordinated everything to ensure a smooth visit. They explained the work and the necessary access for the equipment in detail. The GFC team came to our home 10 days after the quote was provided. They were punctual and efficient.

No complaints about GFC: clear quote, quick service, and an equally quick and clear report. No surprises between G1 and G2. The price was very reasonable, even with the additional options requested. Personally, I recommend them without hesitation.

Beware of GFC's customer service, which is deplorable. First, they demand full payment upon signing the contract. Then, it's extremely difficult to reach anyone other than the secretary on the phone. And when the executive assistant takes over, she doesn't hesitate to hang up on you as soon as a question makes her uncomfortable. Scheduling appointments is chaotic, and fieldwork has been postponed twice without any prior notice. Even if the technical staff is undoubtedly competent, a simple soil study proves to be a laborious process.

It's difficult to reach the secretary by phone, impossible to get answers to technical questions asked by someone in the same field. I don't know if it was ignorance or indifference. In the end, no service was approved, but I had to pay two extra months' rent because of the wasted time. And to top it off, they have the nerve to respond to a client with photos of the topsoil of a flooded plot of land. Avoid at all costs.

Completely unprofessional. They came for a soil study with the developer Pierre Conseil Foncier, but they damaged the land, dropped a power line with their truck and equipment, and left the excess soil from the test pits for the study to be removed. In short, they never came back to repair the damage. Avoid them at all costs! If you see this company on your documents, stop immediately.
