Shocking experience. I contacted this company by email to request a site visit to validate the excavation before concreting, in accordance with a G2 soil study already carried out at the time by another provider whose offer was more in line with my budget. When I contacted several providers again this morning to arrange this site visit, I was particularly surprised by the speed of the response I received from this company. Just a few minutes after sending my email, they brought up an old file, almost a year old, concerning a request for a G2 soil study quote, to justify their refusal to work on my site, claiming that the G2 study had ultimately not been carried out by them. I was all the more surprised because, like many individuals at the time, I was simply looking for a soil study that fit my budget, which had led me to choose another provider. I would also like to clarify that my current request concerned only a simple site visit to validate the excavations; in other words, the price difference is minimal compared to a G2 survey. Unless I am mistaken, and considering Article L121-11 of the French Consumer Code regarding refusal of services without legitimate grounds, nothing seems to require that an excavation validation be carried out by the same engineering firm that conducted the initial G2 survey. There may be internal procedures or a company policy that I am unaware of, but in that case, it would have been helpful to have them explained more clearly. I am sharing this experience to inform future clients about how my case unfolded and the procedures I encountered in this situation. The necessary steps and reports to government platforms and relevant services will be taken in a timely manner to obtain clarification on this matter. Any responses or follow-up actions regarding this matter may, of course, be added to this notice at a later date in order to inform readers with the utmost transparency.

Despite several follow-ups, I received no response to my request for a quote for a soil study. Knowing that this is usually when a company is most responsive, it doesn't encourage me to pursue the matter further! Their professionalism and responsiveness need improvement.
