Shameful work!!! They took samples of 3 bricks for analysis. The results showed 18 bricks need replacing because the work was so shoddy. And they dare to say they should have told me, even though I made 5 phone calls and sent 2 emails, but only got a response 2 weeks later. And the company never once offered to come and repair or clean the area as mentioned in their response! No solutions were offered other than to contact the insurance company, which has nothing to do with this. I repeat, this is a sloppy job by GINGER BETHUNE, not the insurance company. Avoid this company at all costs!
