I was supposed to receive my report by May 4th at the latest! Today is June 1st and I still haven't heard anything about it. I called over two weeks ago to find out it was supposedly being reviewed, and last week I called again only to learn it had just gone to review! The person I dealt with was very quick to ask for payment but completely inactive when it came to following up on the case! I absolutely do not recommend them; it's better to pay more with a competitor and get better service!

There was a one-month delay in the preparation of the soil analysis report, which we had to review, specifically regarding what we could verify (foundation depth), and which contained errors... We cannot know if there are also errors in areas we are unable to verify...
