Disappointed with this service from start to finish. We hired this company for a G2 geotechnical survey as part of our house construction project. Despite a signed quote and plans submitted beforehand, one of the surveys was conducted outside the designated area, rendering the point unusable for our contractors. Their justification: "You hadn't marked your property boundaries, so we did the best we could, within 2 meters." No prior consultation, no request for X/Y coordinates before their work began. Furthermore, they billed us for 3 units instead of the 2 specified in the quote. The error was acknowledged, and a credit note was issued… but the check was never sent, despite our follow-ups. Worse still: they sent us a new invoice to pay instead of rectifying the situation. In short: errors, questionable justifications, and very poor customer service. When you pay over €1000 for a geotechnical study, you expect more rigor and professionalism. Avoid them if you're looking for a reliable and well-organized team.
