Bureau d'études géotechniques : GINGER CEBTP

Do not, under any circumstances, use this company! It will cost you a fortune! (€13,000 in my case! Outrageous!) To avoid taking any risks, they will conduct a soil study requiring foundations of at least 1.5 meters!!! Claiming they found a little clay, while all the neighboring houses had 50cm foundations 24 years ago… and… strangely enough, none of them have shifted to this day… I therefore advise you to avoid this company.

Huge delays are to be expected! My soil study should have been completed in 3 to 4 weeks maximum. It's now been 9 weeks (more than double) and still no news; only promises (the same ones for the last two weeks). When you contact them by phone, you're redirected to Montpellier, which apparently can't even find the file... Not recommended; avoid them!

A big thank you to the Ginger company for the speed of scheduling the appointment, the punctuality and the professionalism of Sylvain and his colleague who worked all day on our construction site in Perpignan.

No response more than a month and a half after requesting a quote from this company. I was given the runaround on the phone and wasted a lot of time for nothing.

Avoid this place, it's a real nightmare in terms of both delays and responsiveness! A very bad experience.
