I was in contact with the project manager by phone throughout the entire process and was able to ask questions and get information quickly. Once the quote was approved, the technicians came to the site three days later, and the report was provided four days after the surveys. That's eight days after quote approval. All this for a very competitive price. The report is comprehensive and high-quality. In short, pleasant and competent staff providing fast and high-quality service.
