WARNING, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I am a small earthmoving company that completed three projects with the Écoulant branch in early 2025. Unfortunately, none of my invoices have been paid. It's impossible to get in touch with the accounting department. We are asked to send emails that never receive a reply, and registered letters that go unanswered. After asking around among fellow earthmoving contractors, it turns out I'm not the only one in this situation! Furthermore, they don't hesitate to call you back to ask you to work for them again, even though they know perfectly well they won't be able to pay you afterward. It's a disgrace! This company uses subcontractors knowing full well they won't pay them!!!! UNRELIABLE COMPANY

A very responsive company; they were able to intervene quickly. I highly recommend them.

Dear Sir/Madam, I was very surprised by your payment reminder letter and requested information about the reconstruction solutions. However, I received no response from you, which indicates a lack of communication skills. It would be preferable to assess your clients' satisfaction with your work before requesting payment for the remaining balance of your project. Furthermore, the delivery deadline was not met... 4 months instead of the 3 to 4 weeks specified in your quote. Sincerely,
