The work was done, but the communication was appalling! We went directly to their office, but there was no card payment terminal. We wrote two checks, one for immediate deposit and one for after the work was completed, and we agreed on a date for the work to be done. On the scheduled day, they didn't show up, without even calling: the machine was broken, and the phone was apparently down too! Finally, we received an email asking us to pay as soon as possible... forgetting that we had given them a check to deposit. Not very professional. To this day, still no word of apology. If site surveying is their forte, communication is clearly not. Sincerely.

Excellent soil study company, competent, responsive and meticulous in ensuring work is done well.
